what is the difference between mat pilates and signature sculpt?
our mat pilates classes are unweighted, but use pilates-specific props such as the magic circle and pilates balls. these classes are challenging, but low impact, and typically keep you sitting or laying on your mat. signature sculpt classes follow a basic vinyasa flow style, but integrate lightly weighted bangles, resistance bands, & more. they are meant to challenge your cardio capacity, and shift your position from standing and flowing to stationary, exercises laying or sitting on the mat. signature sculpt classes are still relatively low impact, but can be made bodyweight and particularly low-impact, upon request.
what should I wear to class?
wear comfortable clothes that you can move in!
