  • our faster, power vinyasa-style class. perfect for all levels & those who really want to deepen their practice. great for trying new poses and feeling the flow.

  • our slower, vinyasa-style class. perfect for all levels. great for big stretches, breathwork, and holding poses to reset your muscles before you melt into your mat.

  • our sculpt class combines an upbeat playlist with light-weighted bangles and other props to create the ultimate, strengthening yoga fusion class. great for cardio, challenge-seeking, and feeling the beat.

  • our classical and contemporary classes focus on deeply exercising the core and lengthening through the spine with various props including pilates balls and the magic circle.  great for low-impact, high-reward.

  • our machine-based pilates class takes your practice a bit further, targeting your core and other muscle groups through tension-based training.

    *only available to 1:1 clients who own or have access to a pilates reformer machine
