radical reset & rest
on the shores of Lake Superior
January 15th - 18th, 2027
radical reset & rest
the theme of our retreat is “radical reset & rest.” we invite you to explore movement & deep self care this winter as a form of rebellion against the go-go-go we are constantly experiencing. our goal is to flip the narrative of the winter being a dreary, isolating time through community & various forms of mindful movement that will explore the concept of rest & play in winter, both inside & outdoors.
