our slower, vinyasa-style class. perfect for all levels. great for big stretches, breathwork, and holding poses to reset your muscles before you melt into your mat.
signature sculpt
our sculpt class combines an upbeat playlist with light-weighted bangles and other props to create the ultimate, strengthening yoga fusion class. great for cardio, challenge-seeking, and feeling the beat.
mat pilates
our classical and/or contemporary class focuses on deeply exercising the core and lengthening through the spine with various props including pilates balls and the magic circle. great for low-impact, high-reward.
yoga flow
our faster, power vinyasa-style class. perfect for all levels & those who really want to deepen their practice. great for trying new poses and feeling the flow.
reformer pilates*
our machine-based pilates class takes your practice a bit further, targeting your core and other muscle groups through tension-based training.
